- Rollback of databases normally available for the last 7 days.
- Access to your database is available ble via SQL Server Management Studio on your desktop (once you advise support of your static IP*).
* It's a condition of our service that you have a static IP in order to connect outside our network to our Microsoft SQL 2005 server. Each database is allowed 2 IPs to be opened in our firewall. Requests for remote access are normally processed within 72 hours; by our networking department.
